Young Boss (born Julius Floyd) is a Kansas City, Missour based rapper who is known for his punch line rhymes and "Dope Boy Fresh" style. He started rhyming at an early age, writing short raps on anything he could get his hands on, notepads, daily planners, anything handy. He integrates his real life into the music he makes with songs that include pain at the loss of his mother and son, a hustle lifestyle and the highs and lows of KC life.

He recently completed his 4th album, King Shit. Received heavily in the streets of KC, he is hoping to span out to other countries and will soon take his first tour.
